These both run at 1.4 GHz and come complete with 1GB of RAM and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Let’s start with the displays. The HTC One X has a gorgeous, 4.7-inch Super LCD 2, 1280-by-720 display (works out to 316 pixels per inch). It’s kind of huge, but the Samsung Galaxy S3 has 4.8-inch Super AMOLED display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution (and 306 pixels per inch, by extension).
The Galaxy S III measures 5.4 x 2.8 x 0.3 inches (HWD) to the HTC One X’s 5.3 x 2.8 x 0.4 (HWD). So the HTC One X is a touch thicker, but it’s also lighter, at 4.6 ounces compared to the Galaxy S III, which weighs 4.7 ounces.
Wi-Fi , Bluetooth with DLNA and GPS are similar in all these phones. The Galaxy S3′s battery is user replaceable while the HTC One X has a sealed battery.
