In San Francisco, Google announced many things like – Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, its latest Operating System for mobile devices, Google Nexus 7 tablet, Google Glass and Cloud Computing Service – Google Compute Engine.
The Cloud Computing so announced will have Compute Engine, that would help business firms to run their applications on Google Servers that will give instant replies to the operation performed remotely.
“We’re introducing Google Compute Engine, an infrastructure-as-a-service product that lets you run Linux Virtual Machines on the same infrastructure that powers Google,” said Google in its official blog on Thursday.
The company claims that it can provide more than 50% of the accuracy and efficiency than other cloud service providers. The reporters and analyst said that the Google Cloud Engine will challenge the Amazon Web Services which was launched in July, 2002.
Google is still working on the same to build huge data centre to provide its own services on the go.
