Design and Build quality :

The design resembles that of a typical 7 inch tablet. It’s slim and also lightweight structure makes it very portable. The iBerry Auxus AX02 comes in carbon graphite colour, which looks great and gives a very bold and professional appearance to the device. The device also comes with a soft microfiber cloth sleeve, which won’t protect it from falls, but keeps dust and scratch marks away. The right side has been embedded the power button, charging port, microSD card slot, headphone jack, HDMI and mini USB port.

Display and touch :

The display is a standard 7 inch with 800 x 480 pixel resolution, but its pixel density is high which allows users to read even the smallest fonts with easy. The colour reproduction of the display is great and quite vibrant but the brightness is not so impressive. The capacitive touch is great for playing action games.  It is very responsive and quite accurate. Finally, a good touchscreen on a budget tablet.

Performance :

This iBerry comes with 1GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor and 1GB RAM. Running on the Android 4.0.3, iBerry hasn’t customized the User Interface a lot for the AX02. The processor is pretty fast and zippy, and most applications visibly perform well at all times. The processor have 1 GB of RAM, which means applications load and perform quickly, without any lag.

Connectivity :

The iBerry Auxus AX02 quickly connects to the Wi-Fi and 3G users will have to manage with the external 3G modem support. WiFi is speedy. 3G speeds are decent while 2G is better. Though there is no standard USB, the company has included the mini USB to USB convertor. USB connector is provided in the box for connecting pen drives and cellular dongles. There is also room for mini HDMI port and you can connect the tablet for viewing 1080p resolution videos on a bigger screen. But you need to buy an HDMI cable separately.

Camera :

A 0.3MP front facing camera is good for just video conferencing. The 2MP primary camera can record VGA resolution videos . The camera is meant for just occasional shooting. The camera comes minus flash and auto-focus, so one shouldn’t expect much from it.
