The smartphone app from MakeMyTrip which facilitates the travel planning has now been launched for the Android and iOS operating systems. The app was available only for the blackberry users till now. The application facilitates the users to plan and book the travels. The details of the passengers are also stored on the device which makes it easy for the users to book tickets faster in future. The application also helps the users to view the details of the bookings, cancellation of tickets, requesting e-tickets and also to track refunds. The best part is that the application is free of cost for the users.

Apart from the travel planning facilities provided by the application, it also use the device’s GPS facility to locate restaurants near to the travel location. The application supports the use of credit and debit cards of almost all the major banks and also facilitates net banking. Other features of the application includes real time alerts on flight schedule, instant personalized details on exclusive travel offers and allows users to share itineraries on Facebook and Twitter.
The MakeMyTrip allocation can be downloaded for free from Google Play, Apple App Store and the BlackBerry App Store.
