Google May Launch First Android 5.0 Jelly Bean Device By December

As we informed in one of our previous articles, Google is has already let out the news about launch of its new operating system. The new operating system from Google, The Android 5.0 JellyBean is already in the news much before its launch. And yet another news update about one of the most awaited mobile operating system in the market. According to Wall street journal, the launch of first device working on Android 5.0 JellyBean may be marked by the end of this year, probably December. However, Google team is yet to let out any official news regarding the same.

 

Currently, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is the latest Android operating system in the market, and as of now not many devices have got it. Some devices come with pre-installed Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, but many of them still have to wait. Some of the smart phones in the market just got their Ice Cream Sandwich update in past few weeks. Check out the following posts to know which of them got the updates.

As far as an official announcement from Google is concerned, it is expected during its annual I/O developer conference, scheduled this June end. Hope the conference brings some good news for the users waiting for Android 5.0 Jelly Bean. Google is following a particular alphabetical order of the names of the Android operating systems. The first two are unknown or maybe were not announced would have been form A and B, after that Cupcake, Donut, Éclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb and Ice cream sandwich, all got their names alphabetically and were named on desserts. The next two versions are expected to be Jellybean and Key Lime Pie.

 

 

Much features of the Android 5.0 JellyBean are yet unknown but it is expected to feature chrome integration, better security, better voice assistance to compete with SIRI of iOS, better power management for longer battery life and maybe an easy upgrade path.
