HTC- The Taiwanese mobile manufacturer company has confirmed that android 4.1 jelly bean update would be soon available for its Latest One Series.According to ausdroid,The Company is Planning to provide the Google’s latest Mobile OS to its HTC one Users.HTC One X,One XL and One SL will be the First Smartphones in Company’s One Series,which would upgraded to latest android platform. Right Now,No Other Device Name Mentioned by Company but One V may include in Jelly bean update list.
“We know HTC fans are excited to get their hands on Google’s latest version of Android. At this point in time, we can confirm that we have plans to upgrade our HTC One X, HTC One XL and HTC One S to Jelly Bean. Please stay tuned for more updates regarding device upgrades, timing and other details about HTC and Jelly Bean.”the handset vendor reportedly told Ausdroid.
As Android 4.1 Jelly Bean has already started to roll out on other smartphones out there, such as the Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S,That Clearly indicates that all other Companies are also excited and expected to upgrade their latest handsets to the new OS.But,As usual it seems that unlocked Devices are expected to receive the update first,while carrier models will have to wait for their Turn.
Right Now,No Other Information Regarding The Update has not been provided by the Company like which Country will be the first to receive the update,But We assume that HTC was clearly reffering to its Android device available in Australia,it doesn’t mean that Users from other Countries won’t receive the update,but they have to wait a bit longer for it to arrive.
