Sony Starts Rolling out New Android 4 ICS update for 2011 Xperia Smartphones

Earlier Last week, Sony Has Started Rolling out The android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for Sony Xperia P,Now Today, The Japenese company has posted on its Blog that -Starting From This Week Several 2011 Xperia Smartphone will get the New Ice Cream Sandwich update that comes with Several New features,performance Tweaks and Bug fixes. Xperia arc, Xperia arc S, Xperia neo, Xperia neo V, Xperia mini, Xperia pro, Xperia active and Xperia ray are included  in the List which will receive the Update in this Week and Xperia mini pro, Xperia neo L and Live with Walkman are the next.

According to Sony Blog Report-”Starting from this week*, Xperia arc, Xperia arc S, Xperia neo, Xperia neo V, Xperia mini, Xperia pro, Xperia active and Xperia ray will receive a new Ice Cream Sandwich software update that comes with bug fixes, performance tweaks.*The availability and scheduling of this software upgrade will vary by market and carrier requirements.”.

If The you’ve have Already upgraded to Android ICS OS,Then you’ll get The Notification  in your phone when the upgrade is ready and be able to download the update through OTA(over The Air),But Its Time will vary across different markets and carriers,and If you are not upgraded your phone before then you’ll need to upgrade through PC companion or Bridge for Mac.
